An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships. Check your spam folder: that's where it most often ends up.
Sign in to your customer account with the email address you used to order. You'll receive a 6-digit code: no password to remember. Your orders and their status are available there, even if you checked out as a guest.
Every piece is engraved after you order in our workshop in Kervignac, Brittany, France, then shipped within 24–48 business hours. Delivery time after shipping depends on your destination and the carrier.
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, email us at contact@porte-cartes-guillot.fr or message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 83 28 98 32. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted.
