The mug ships in reinforced packaging, but parcels don't always travel well. Send us a photo of the mug and the packaging within a few days of delivery and we'll replace it.

Ships within 24–48 business hours from our workshop in Brittany, France. Delivery times and shipping rates for your address are shown at checkout. The custom mug takes a few extra days for design approval.
