Engraving takes 24–48 hours, then delivery time depends on your destination. If your date is tight, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.
No, we don't put an invoice in the package. You can ship it straight to the person you're giving it to.
The 14-day withdrawal period applies, except for pieces bearing text or a logo you provided: those are personalized and can't be returned. If there's a defect or an engraving mistake on our part, we remake the piece at our expense.

Autant le coffret en lui-même ne suscite aucune remarque particulière, autant son contenu présente de sérieuses lacunes du point de vue de la qualité des finitions. Le pourtour du porte-cartes s’effiloche déjà après quelques jours d’utilisation seulement et la gravure-impression du porte-clés présente un aspect baveux particulièrement disgracieux, avec même des traces d’encre visibles au verso…. Tout ceci n’est pas très professionnel et n’est pas digne d’un coffret-cadeau !

Très bien présenté. Jolie coffret prêt a offrir. Correspond à l'attente. Plutôt une bonne qualité malgré des petits défaults de finitions ( petite couture qui n'est pas parfaitement aligné et qui se détache a la jonction des coutures) rien de méchant surtout pour de l'artisanat fait main. Je recommande, en espérant que à l'avenir, les finitions seront parfaitement réalisées et peut etre aussi de nouveau produit ?
