Engraving takes 24–48 hours, then delivery time depends on your destination. If your date is tight, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.
By default, the brand of the first piece carries over to the others. You can change it piece by piece during personalization, before adding the gift box to your cart.
Yes. The difference compared with ordering the same pieces separately is shown under the price, gift box by gift box. The presentation case is included, not charged extra.
The 14-day withdrawal period applies, except for pieces bearing text or a logo you provided: those are personalized and can't be returned. If there's a defect or an engraving mistake on our part, we remake the piece at our expense.
